We only get one first interaction.

UPWARD Cards help you show people how to contact or collaborate with you — clearly, respectfully, and upfront. Insight Cards help people clarify how to best reach and work with them — before misunderstandings, friction, or missed signals set in.

SHORT. SIMPLE. SHAREABLE.

UPWARD Cards are designed to be:

easy to create

easy to share

easy to discuss

Because most collaborative friction isn’t caused by bad intentions: it comes from unspoken assumptions, mismatched expectations, and misaligned ways of working.

UPWARD Cards make differences explicit - early - so interactions can be better planned and supported.
